A video of Aam Janata Unnayan Party chief Humayun Kabir has gone viral on the internet, shared by Nilanjan Das, State General Secretary, IT & Social Media Wing, All India Trinamool Congress, showing that Humayun Kabir allegedly talked of a deal worth 1,000 crore rupees with the BJP.
Aam Janata Unnayan Party (AJUP) is contesting the upcoming West Bengal legislative election in 118 seats alongside the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), led by Asaduddin Owaisi. The party was founded on 22 December 2025, following Humayun Kabir’s suspension from TMC after proposing to construct the Babri Masjid in Murshidabad, West Bengal.
Humayun Kabir claimed that the video is AI-generated and false. Humayun heard saying in the video, “Muslims are very innocent. It is very easy to fool them. I want to remove Mamata at any cost. I have spoken to Suvendu Adhikari, who said he would introduce me to central leadership in Delhi. I have also been in touch with the PMO.”
Humayun came to the limelight after continuously delivering communal statements and spreading hatred.
